Cooking with Pompein

I received a free  24oz bottle of Pompeian olive oil Mediterranean blend , from Smiley 360 which allows you to try products free just for telling everyone about them. Today I decided to use the oil in place of  butter.  I made sweet peas broccoli rice and pork loin and for dessert cheese cake. Now the first cheese cake  had a funky taste so I threw it out and tried again this time using a mix of both butter and olive oil.  The result was a wonderful meal. The Pompeian oil added a hint of extra flavor to everything. So i recommend trying it  even looking into using it as a alternative to butter. I will be using more olive oil in my cooking.  Pompeian definitely has a new customer with me.
